Provide best Customer Service…by leading and directing all restaurant, bar and banquet functions, with the intent to make it a true “country club” experience for every member, every guest, every visit.
Essential Functions:
Establish a comprehensive “South Park” Service Policy with the objective to provide highest quality service and a country club experience for all members and guests.
Lead, direct and/or oversee Supervisor of Restaurant and Bar personnel with duties:
- Establishes/Approves work schedule for waiters/waitress
- Supervise and train staff
- Perform periodic reviews
- Bar Inventory: Liquor, beer, soft beverages and cigars
Lead and direct Kitchen personnel
- Establishes work schedules for kitchen staff
- Supervises kitchen employees
- Establishes restaurant and special events menus
- Directs preparation of all food
- Kitchen Inventory : All food, paper products, and dry goods
Lead, direct, and/or oversee Event Coordinator/Marketing director with duties:
- Fields all calls for banquets and outings
- Meets with members and nonmembers to set up banquet
- Negotiate fee, menu and accessories for banquets
- Works with cooks to arrange food for banquets
- Instructs personnel and directs set up of banquets
- Establish work schedules for banquets
- Work banquets
- Is responsible for all monies associated with banquets
- Objective to keep profit from banquets at 64% sales (TBD)
- Prepares work sheet/summary for banquets
- Advertise SPCC via all appropriate social media
Lead, direct and/or oversee Event Coordinator for special events for members
- Chairman of Entertainment Committee (appointed by President)
- Arranges member activities and advertise via appropriate social media
- Weekly Dining Specials: (suggestions below)
- Boots and Barbeque
- Elegant Dining with chamber Music
- Wine tasting (Bourbon tasting, Beer Tasting)
- Cigar and Bourbon night
- Dinner and a Movie night
- Dinner with background music videos - Elvis,
- Contemporary Country Music
- Old Timey Country Music, Love Songs, etc.
- Responsible to canvass members to get ideas for activities
General Responsibilities:
1. Reports to General Manager
2. Implements policies as determined by General Manager and Board of Directors
3. Communicate with members and others via Social media
4. Communicate and coordinate all events with Event Coordinator/Marketing Director.
5. Assistance is cooperatively given to other departments (Golf Staff, Course Superintendent and staff, Office management, etc.)
Skills Required:
1. Must have excellent communication skills
2. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (scheduling software)
3. Social media – Facebook, Clubster, Emails, etc.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
