Roofing Production Manager Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our roofing installation teams and ensure the successful completion of residential roofing projects. The Roofing Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project goals while maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise roofing installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, assigning tasks and resources as needed to meet project milestones.
- Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Obtain permits and HOA approvals for roof replacement projects
- Collaborate with sales consultants, project estimators, and other team members to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
- Monitor and track project costs, providing regular updates to management on project performance.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills, productivity, and adherence to company best practices.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic among crew members.
- Interface with clients to address any concerns or questions during project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements in roofing technology, and best practices in project management.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for hiring new crew members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and growth.
