Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) NIH Stroke Certification Job Details Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med / Surg Tele RN. Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts Minimum of 18 mos recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. Must have at least 18mos PERM Med / Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. Must have at least 18 months PERM Med / Surg Telemetry experience. Must have PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
