  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP)
  • NIH Stroke Certification

Job Details

  • Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med / Surg Tele RN.
  • Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts
  • Minimum of 18 mos
  • recent
  • Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have at least 18mos PERM Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
  • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
  • AHA BLS & ACLS required.
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

    • Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
  • Must have a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • AHA ACLS certification required.

    • Schedule Information

  • Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

    • Additional Details

  • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
  • New / Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
