What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Technician position at South Riding Proprietary?
Under the general direction of the Director of Facility & Grounds, this position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing common area elements to keep SRP as one of the best maintained communities in Northern Virginia. The position also will be responsible for setup and breakdown of all events during the entire events season at hours beyond the normal 8-5.
