The BDC Service role is a vital position within our automotive dealership, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service sales. Duties

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct cold calling to potential customers to generate leads and promote dealership services.
• Utilize software tools to manage customer information and track interactions efficiently.
• Negotiate service appointments and upsell additional services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication regarding customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide support in resolving customer issues or concerns promptly, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or dealership environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using software applications related to customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus.
• Basic math skills are required for processing transactions and understanding service pricing.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Experience in outside sales or cold calling is advantageous, demonstrating a proactive approach to generating business.
• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are key attributes for candidates applying for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
