Office Manager Wanted
We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team! If you have 5 years of experience and are well-versed in Excel, Microsoft Word, and QuickBooks, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks
- Handle Workers’ Compensation and General Liability Insurance audits
- Create reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Coordinate office supplies, scheduling, and vendor relationships
- Ensure efficient communication between departments
Qualifications:
- 5 years of office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and QuickBooks
- Experience with Workers’ Comp and General Liability Insurance audits
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
