Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at South Shore Autism Center LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing direct services to clients with autism in our early childhood center and social skills groups.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Implement ABA instructional programming tailored to the individual needs of each client
- Provide a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth and development
- Collect data on client progress and collaborate with supervising BCBA to inform treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong educational background in a related field (such as education, psychology, or special education) and prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
">A minimum of three years of experience working with children, preferably in an ABA or related setting, is required. Additionally, you must be able to obtain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
