">The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered services, including:
">- Direct interventions and therapy sessions
- Collaboration with families and caregivers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Ongoing communication with supervising BCBA and colleagues to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
">A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
">Three years of experience working with children, preferably in an ABA or related setting, is required. You must also be able to obtain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
