The Administrator will serve as the head of the facility, providing leadership and implementing policies and programs to carry out the work of the organization.

a. Oversees the daily administration of the organization by implementing policies, procedures, and programs.
b. Drafts and implements performance standards; conducts performance reviews for facility leadership.
c. Drafts, presents, and recommends organizational policies and programs.
d. Oversees adherence to the annual budget.
e. Facilitates periodic audits and compliance activities for the organization.
f. Supports and directs public relations activities to build and maintain relationships with other organizations and the public.
g. Other duties as assigned.
