We are seeking an experienced Professional Billing Analyst to develop workflows, system configurations, change documentation, and train staff on Epic Resolute and Claims applications functionality. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including in-person or remote work from Massachusetts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain system configurations, workflows, and training materials for Epic Resolute and Claims applications
  • Analyze and resolve issues within healthcare systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with hospital teams to determine software enhancements and document related information
  • Provide ongoing support and participate in on-call coverage as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use flowcharting tools and techniques to create business process diagrams
  • Proficient knowledge of web-based technologies, analytics, and IT project management
  • Ability to deliver IT solutions through the entire systems development lifecycle
  • Experience with software quality assurance, testing, and analysis concepts
  • Basic knowledge of standardized improvement methodologies and Microsoft Office applications

    • Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years of directly-related business applications experience, preferably in healthcare information systems
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation, orders databases, data conversion models, and workflows
  • Proficiency in Epic applications, particularly PB Resolute and HB Resolute
