Key Responsibilities
- Phlebotomy Procedures: Perform venipuncture, fingerstick, and heelstick procedures according to established protocol.
- Training and Development: Train new employees and interns in phlebotomy duties, including waived technical testing and patient preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records, identify and report any issues or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures.
