Responsibilities
- Care Coordination: Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, ensure seamless transitions between shifts, and maintain accurate records.
- Medication Administration: Demonstrate knowledge of medication administration policies and procedures, accurately administer medications, and maintain accurate records.
- Documentation and Communication: Document patient care activities, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous acute care experience preferred.
