The Automotive Service Advisor at South Shore Kia is responsible for providing excellent customer service and serving as a liaison between customers and the service department. The Service Advisor will also ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and communicate updates to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers

- Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
