Responsibilities
- Answer Service department phones
- Greet and receive service customer
- Work cooperatively with the service team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
