- Learn existing sales systems for our client through leveled training and development with an assigned Sales Manager
- Become familiar with our client’s professional services and various competition to deliver the best results for customers
- Work carefully throughout the planned series of steps for the customer, organize a schedule to ensure a quick and efficient outcome
- Identify sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance
- Develop market and full customer appreciation for their respective assignments and project oversights
- Experience in a customer service based position prior to be comfortable working with others directly
- Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills, preferably with top Sales Managers and implement their strategies
- The willingness to master client product knowledge, competition, and industry trends to become an outstanding representation for our client
- Well organized with effective time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
- The ability to travel locally throughout the region to meet customers at their appointments
