The BDC Sales Specialist at South Shore Nissan is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our valued customers. We are a very high volume store, this role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with various departments to coordinate and schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and issues
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish is a plus
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive industry and products is a plus
