About the Position
South Shore Psychological Services, Inc. is a leading provider of in-home behavioral intervention services for young children with autism spectrum disorders. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with families and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote positive behaviors and support overall development.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 in-home behavioral intervention for one or more clients per day or week
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship and rapport with families, client, staff, other professionals, collaborate with treatment team
- Learn data collection process, track progress of each session on goal sheets or use electronic graphing and enter into electronic medical record
