Mid-Level Civil Engineer

Location : Eastern Massachusetts (Conveniently off Route 3)

Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000

MUST live in MA, and have site design / development experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to high-end real estate development projects across Eastern Massachusetts.
  • Manage and support state and local permitting processes.
  • Execute accurate site designs and project plans with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
  • Deliver independent and team-oriented tasks on time, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Required).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a site civil consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team or work independently.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification.
  • Internship experience with a consulting or construction firm.
  • Site design / development experience
  • Field experience in land surveying and / or job site inspections.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
