Key Responsibilities:
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs
- Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, and NY state inspections
- Complete software updates and key programming
- Collaborate with the parts department to secure needed parts
- Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
- Document all work performed on repair orders
- Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and work areas
- Support and train apprentice technicians
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer bulletins and training
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Manufacturer training preferred
- Strong product knowledge
- Proven diagnostic and repair skills
