We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Group Leader to join our team. As a key member of our early learning program, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality experience for school-aged children. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and implementing engaging activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 9 months' experience working with school-age children without a high school diploma, or 6 months' experience with a high school diploma, or 3 months' experience with a BA degree. You should also possess knowledge and experience with EEC regulations, as well as the ability to develop positive, effective working relationships with staff, children, and families. Additionally, you must meet EEC Educator Professional Development requirements and be able to pass and maintain EEC CORI/SORI background checks.
