Reflexologist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reflexologist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief through reflexology techniques. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to assess patient needs effectively. As a Reflexologist, you will play a crucial role in promoting overall well-being and enhancing the client experience in our med spa environment.

Duties

• Provide professional reflexology treatments to clients, focusing on specific areas of concern.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Utilize various techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate tension and promote relaxation.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
• Document treatment plans and client progress accurately using medical terminology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Experience

• Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to reflexology practices.
• Strong background in customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and patient assessment techniques.
• Experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of medical terminology related to reflexology treatments is advantageous.
• Ability to perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
