Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rolfing ® Structural Integrative Therapist to join our wellness team. This role involves providing specialized bodywork sessions aimed at improving clients' structural alignment, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Rolfing ® technique and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health goals through personalized therapy sessions.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ postural and structural alignment to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform Rolfing ® Structural Integration sessions, utilizing hands-on techniques to manipulate fascia and promote optimal body function.
• Educate clients on the principles of Rolfing ® and its benefits, guiding them through exercises and self-care practices to enhance their therapy experience.
• Maintain accurate client records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.

Skills

• Proficient in Rolfing ® Structural Integration techniques with relevant certification or training.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage clients in their therapy process.
