As a Outpatient Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the department; ensuring the program meets the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. This non-supervisory role requires a solid commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills. - Includes the overall administrative processes for services offered at the facility
- Promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment
- Coordination of patient needs to engage in outpatient services, and development and implementation of clinical treatment programs.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two (3) years in experience in psychiatric/mental health field.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role, and the expected compensation range is $23-$30 an hour. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be given to experience and skill level. Join us as our Outpatient Coordinator!
