This is a full-time on-site role located in Lewisville, TX for a Warranty Administrator at South Star JCB. The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with clients and manufacturers, and maintaining accurate warranty records.
- Warranty Administration and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Computer Literacy for data entry and record keeping
- Experience in warranty processing and customer support
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive or heavy equipment industry is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
