SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
It is the responsibility of the International Services FX System Analyst to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, applying and focused oversight of projects and sales effort related FX operations to achieve increased efficiencies and accuracy, and recommends system enhancements. Leverages technology and resources to achieve efficiencies. Researches, recommends, tests, and follows system changes through to implementation. Provides extraordinary customer service in a professional team environment. This is a temporary position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demonstrates a strong knowledge of International products and policies
Highly integrated into System Enhancements including design, documentation, and delivery, assuring operational efficiencies. Performs UAT testing communicating concerns.
Responsible for customer communications related to Projects and/or Department initiatives.
Responsible for internal communications related to Projects and/or Department initiatives.
Contributes to staff meetings sharing workflow modifications, customer or market changes.
Delivers exceptional customer service to customers, colleagues and associates enthusiastically, professionally and with confidence through various means of communication
Approaches role in a manner to ‘Think Forward’ assuring a forward focused vision is reflected
Leverages technology and resources appropriately to perform various functions efficiently including communications, reporting, etc.
Educate, train and expand the knowledge of team members.
Partners with System/Project Manager and Team Leads to assure successful implementation of system changes
Responsible to achieve personal, department and corporate goals

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
Education : Minimum high school diploma or generate education degree (GED)
Experience : Five plus years of related work experience or training
Certifications/Specific Knowledge : Great analytical skills to determine areas in need of improvement and the ability to find creative solutions while considering risks as well as all aspects, departments and individuals affected. Ability to recognize, prioritize and focus on critical issues which includes flexibility to balance and respond to a wide variety of requests in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of computer systems and changing technology including work-processing, spreadsheets, internet, and internal software.

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports., This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
