Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience using ServiceTitan to help us provide outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities
- - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat) using ServiceTitan.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, scheduling, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Utilize ServiceTitan to manage customer accounts, schedule appointments, and track service requests.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in ServiceTitan.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to the customer experience.
Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a related industry.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
