- Helping customers with the service on their vehicles.
- Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns.
- Work closely with other departments within the dealership.
- Reviewing inspection reports with customers.

Service Advisor Job Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- CDK experience is a must!
- Tech Savvy. Must be proficient in computer navigation working with multiple programs at once.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
