Job Description:
We are a growing, family-style practice seeking a self-motivated and passionate licensed therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team. Our practice specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and we are looking for a clinician who is either trained in EMDR or willing to complete training within the first three months of employment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents and a strong desire to help individuals and families heal. Our practice values a collaborative, supportive environment, and we are committed to fostering both personal and professional growth for our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and their families.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other professionals as needed.
• Complete EMDR training within three months (if not already trained).
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Florida
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to train in EMDR if not already certified.
