South Texas Community Living Corp. is hiring a full-time ICF Program Director in San Antonio to oversee all overall operations and services provided in nine 6-bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/IID) group homes serving 54 individuals with disabilities.
Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Program Manager Duties include:
- Regulatory compliance with HCS certification principles (regulations).
- Personnel management in in coordination with corporate Executive Management team.
- Supervision of Direct Care and Professional staff.
- Monitoring of specialized documentation generated by all program staff.
- Adherence to budgets as outlined by Executive Management team.
- Oversight of physical plant and maintenance.
- Serves as liaison to regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for ongoing communication with Executive Management team.
- On-call duties and flexible schedule to address emergencies.
- Other duties, as needed or assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Valid and current Texas Driver's License
- Clear Background Check
- Clear DMV Check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of Education
- No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
- No history of Medicaid fraud.
- Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (group home experience preferred)
- Experience in supervising group homes (and caregiver staff)
- Strong communication and team-participation skills; friendly, positive attitude.
- General computer skills (not necessarily expert); be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
- ICF/IDD program experience and/or QIDP experience preferred
