Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing team to understand their event goals and objectives
- Execute promotional events from conception to completion, including schedule, inventory, and vendor relationship management
- Ensure the best services and prices for customers
- Manage event marketing and promotional efforts to maximize attendance and engagement
- Oversee on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events
- 1 years in Events, Hospitality, Retail, Marketing, Sales or a related customer service field preferred
- Strong communication skills and time-management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Knowledge of the home improvement, water distribution, charity, and automotive sectors is a plus
