What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Skilled Laborer position at South Texas Sport Court?
What We do
We build outdoor game courts for sports such as pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. We also install gym floors and gym equipment for these sports. Our outdoor projects often include pouring concrete, installing basketball goals, erecting lights, building court fencing, laying athletic court surfacing, painting game lines, and installing game net systems for pickleball and volleyball.
Where We Work
We work mostly in San Antonio and the nearby hill country. We occasionally have projects that are a little further away, and require a few days out of town.
When We Work
Most of our work is Monday thru Friday. However, some projects do require weekend work in order to meet a deadline or based on job site access.
Ideal Candidates
We're looking for perfection oriented people who have the aptitude to learn our methodology and to learn the reasons we do things as we do them.
Job applicants should have a pretty open unrestricted schedule and enjoy seeing a project through to completion.
Our work is physically strenuous, with some long days on your feet and with a lot of movement. Being able to lift 100 pounds is a requirement.
