We are a franchise and are looking for Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Mobile Unit Technicians (MUT) to start a rewarding and exciting career with our nation’s largest electronic device repair company! We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and top pay! Experience is a plus for immediate hire. Background and drug screen are required. We are an official repair partner for Google™, Samsung®, Verizon™ and AT&T®. We are conducting interviews this week.

Our training program is state of the art and will set you up for clear success whether you've been a repairer of these devices or not. Our trained technicians will typically make $12 to $17.50 per hour, on average. However, our highest performers will constantly exceed these rates.

Qualifications:
*Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
*Driver's License (Required for MUT position).
*US work authorization (Preferred).
*Outstanding customer service skills.
*Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills.
*Exceptional organizational skills.
*Strong written and oral communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Work well in a team environment.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
*A Certification.
*Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
*Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.
*Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
*Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.

What we do:
*Diagnose/fault isolation, troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, Macs, and PCs in store or in a company provided mobile repair unit.
*Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
*Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions/Ubreakifix quality standards.
*Sale of Asurion Home program.
*Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
*Repair devices in our customer's homes with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
*Keep track of all devices and inventory.
*Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
*Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.

FOH Technician Job Description/Responsibilities
This individual is an ambassador for the business and as such, they are responsible for creating an excellent first impression by ensuring the lobby is presentable and putting the customer at ease about their repair. The FOH technician is also responsible for selling Asurion Home . Customer service is the most valuable skill a Front of the House technician can provide. FOH responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Maintaining a clean and orderly lobby throughout the day.
*Sweeping the lobby floor.
*Vacuuming the mat in the front of the check-in area.
*Wiping down counter tops and other surfaces.
*Cleaning the FOH windows.
*Stocking and restocking the accessory wall.
*Facilitating repair check-ins and pick-ups.
*Show empathy towards customer and their needs ("We see this all the time", "You are not alone in this").
*Take clear and concise notes. Notating any defects and any accessories brought with the device.
*Perform a thorough check-in diagnostic on device and take notes of any issues encountered during the diagnostic.
*Set clear expectations on cost, turnaround time, and 90-day warranty.
*Answering any questions the customer has about their repair.
*Promote our Asurion Home program by relaying the benefits of the program to the customers' needs.
*Selling the same-day queue by staying in contact with the same-day tech.
*Ensure that the turnaround times quoted to the customers are accurate and reflective of a thorough repair.
*Answer incoming phone calls and make calls for devices that are RFP.
*Assist BOH and MUT technicians as needed.
*Complete all training as required.

BOH Technician Job Description/Responsibilities

This individual is the subject matter expert in all things relating to tech and will be in charge of working on repairs, updating work orders, and meeting turnaround times. The BOH technician and FOH technician will work together in completing all daily tasks and share responsibilities listed above.

BOH responsibilities include but are not limited to:

⦁ Maintaining a clean and orderly work area throughout the day.

⦁ Sweeping the work area floor.

⦁ Wiping down countertops and other surfaces.

⦁ Ensure all work-related equipment, tools, and computers are fully functional.

⦁ Stocking and restocking the accessory wall.

⦁ Facilitating repair check-ins and pick-ups.

⦁ Show empathy towards customer and their needs ("We see this all the time", "You are not alone in this").

⦁ Set clear expectations on cost, turnaround time, and 90-day warranty.

⦁ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.

⦁ Perform IQC/OQC checks and follow SOP.

⦁ Check on parts availability and perform weekly counts.

⦁ Answering any questions the customer has about their repair.

⦁ Promote our Asurion Home program by relaying the benefits of the program to the customer's needs.

⦁ Assist FOH technicians and MUT technicians as needed.

⦁ Ensure that the turnaround times quoted to the customers are accurate and reflective of a thorough repair.

⦁ Answer incoming phone calls and make calls for devices that are RFP.

⦁ Complete all training as required.

MUT Technician Job Description and Responsibilities:

This individual will serve as our go to technician when customers elect to have their devices repaired anywhere other than in-store. All repairs will be completed inside the mobile unit and will follow all SOP. The technician will adhere and follow all traffic laws and be responsible in maintaining the mobile unit and its contents in impeccable condition.

MUT responsibilities include but are not limited to:

⦁ Maintaining a clean and orderly work area throughout the day.

⦁ Ensure van and all work-related equipment and are fully functional.

⦁ Ensuring the van is stocked with the required parts for repairs daily.

⦁ Safely travel to all appointments and complete jobs in a timely manner.

⦁ Show empathy towards customer and their needs ("We see this all the time", "You are not alone in this").

⦁ Set clear expectations on cost, turnaround time, and 90-day warranty.

⦁ Diagnose, repair, and or replace all devices as necessary.

⦁ Perform IQC/OQC checks and follow SOP.

⦁ Answering any questions the customer has about their repair.

⦁ Promote our Asurion Home program by relaying the benefits of the program to the customer's needs.

⦁ Assist FOH and BOH technicians as needed.

⦁ Complete all training as required.
