Job Description:
· Work full-time; Monday thru Friday 7am- 4pm with occasional weekend hours
· Ability to manage field-based crews and demonstrate ability/aptitude for leading, coaching and mentoring others
· Manage multiple simultaneous projects ranging in size from $5k- $5M and 50 crew members
· Demonstrate strong organizational skills
· Time management skills: create and follow schedules for projects and employees
· Attending superintendent job meetings, communicating regularly with general contractors via email/phone/on site, etc.
· Demonstrate a strong work ethic and follow-through on all job responsibilities
· A reputation for high standards of integrity and professionalism
· Ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications
· Prepping for a new project; creating job folder, ordering draw drowns/wall covering, submittals, etc.
· Attention to detail on jobs including; quality of work, cleanliness, minimizing punch work
· Ability to close out a job: completing punch list and creating an attic stock with labels for clients
· Daily communication with operations manager and office personnel
· Taking progression pictures of projects (beginning, middle, end) and uploading them to company website
· Splitting time between field duties and office duties 80/20
· Tracking the progression of projects.
· Monitoring punch list alongside project foreman
· Notifying office when bulletins have been issued in project files
· Participate in weekly superintendent scheduling meetings
· Writing and processing of time and material tickets
OSHA 30 certification is preferred but not required
Lifter Certification is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
