South West Plumbing is hiring for a Install and Dispatch Coordinator.
The Role: As an Install and Dispatch Coordinator at South West Plumbing, you will manage our customer support lines to understand the customer’s needs, prioritize the urgency of the need, and assign technicians to address the client’s needs. You will assist with permits and the install schedules of the technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install coordination:
- Schedule HVAC installation jobs.
- Take calls from the sales team.
- Confirm Payments with customers.
- Add to Service titan.
- Add electricians to jobs if needed.
- In and Outboarding calls
- Follow up on any calls related to install call backs.
- Schedule call backs for the Quality Assurance technician.
- Reach out to any follow-ups that is needed from the install team.
- Follow up on payments after install.
- Product Warranties and Registrations:
- Manage and process all product warranties, ensuring timely and accurate registration of equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of warranties and equipment registrations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to product warranties and registrations.
- Dispatching:
- Answer customer calls to understand the homes issues.
- Prioritize the service required in home and assign a service technician.
- Communicate to client’s what services may be needed and why.
- Provides a timeframe for customers to expect a technician visit.
- Keeps detailed records of customer calls and dispatching support tasks.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Permit pulling, tracking and management experience.
- Dispatch experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task at high volume of work, and stay organized.
- Ability to work independently, in a group collaborative setting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and government / utility entities
- Intermediate ability with MS Office Suite
