Are you looking for an opportunity to drive innovative and measurable training in our dynamic Customer Service Directorate? We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Head of Quality and Training to join our Customer Service Directorate in either Exeter, Bristol or Redhill. About the role : The Head of Quality and Training is responsible for developing and implementing the quality assurance framework and training programs in Customer. This role ensures that processes, standards, and training initiatives enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What you'll be doing :
- Developing and executing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Designing and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of quality and training initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
- Leading and managing a team of quality assurance and training professionals.
- Conducting audits, quality assessments, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Overseeing the creation of training materials, e-learning modules, and development programs.
- Staying updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes.
- Reporting on key quality and training metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
