The Customer Experience and Data Administrator plays a key role in enhancing user experience and improving business operations through innovative customer service strategies and data management practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Experience:
Identify areas for improvement: Consistently collect feedback and identify areas where experience can be enhanced.
Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve issues: Troubleshoot problems, answer questions and provide solutions to concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Support customer experience initiatives: Assist in the implementation of programs and strategies to improve customer experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other departments, such as student services, special education, Title, and curriculum, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the district.
Work to ensure that EMIS data, reporting requirements, and data analysis results are communicated clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Data Administration:
Data support: Troubleshoot EMIS issues and provide technical support to users.
Analyze data: Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Generate reports: Generate reports and analyze data from the EMIS, Infinite Campus and Tableau to support school improvement initiatives, accountability reporting, and decision-making.
Maintain data integrity: Help with EMIS data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Implement data security measures: Protect customer data and comply with data privacy regulations.
Support data-driven decision-making: Provide data and insights to inform business decisions.
