South Western Oklahoma Development Authority (SWODA) Western Oklahoma Opioid Response Program is accepting applications for a Patient Navigator/Driver to help assist patients in need of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using telehealth on a mobile medical unit. Will be responsible for safe operation of the mobile clinic to include basic maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of the vehicle. Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License required. Reliable transportation required. Position will work from Burns Flat, OK daily.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist preferred, experience, and knowledge of all aspects of the healthcare system. People with lived experience of Substance Use Disorder and/or Mental Health are encouraged to apply.
Pay Rate:
$18.30
