- To be the first point of contact for learners with regards to ALS and support the Online team in taking general day to day ALS enquiries and following up as appropriate.
- To complete a welcome call with all learners who have disclosed an additional learning need to discuss requirements and tailor support.
- To administer the access of all ALS resources required by students or the department
- To arrange and book meetings required by trainers, including all Learning Support interview meetings for potential and enrolled students
- Support with administration of Exam arrangements
- To book and undertake 1-1 sessions on Teams with learners to support learning.
- Relevant experience in an administrative role
- Experience of working in a school/college environment;
- Experience with Exam Access Arrangements processes in an FE context
- Proven organisational and administrative skills
- Good communicator, able to explain complex processes to a range of stakeholders
- Five GCSEs at grade 4 / C or above (including Maths and English
- Educated to Level 3 (A-Level or equivalent).
