Southampton Masonry is a family-owned masonry and tile business that has been servicing customers in the Hamptons for over 40 years.
Southampton Masonry is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time tile sales associate for its Southampton location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through excellent service. Duties and responsibilities include:
· Receive, enter, send acknowledgements and process orders accurately
· Be a customer friendly sales associate with a friendly, helpful and positive attitude
· Promptly respond to stock checks and other customer requests for information
· Schedule and coordinate deliveries with internal personnel, third party providers and customers
· Handle returns and refunds as needed
· Review records and inventory
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401k (with match) and PTO.
