Position : Summer Camp Leadership / Head Counselor
Camp Dates : July 7 - August 8
Mandatory Orientation Dates : June 30 - July 3
Compensation : $22 / hr - $50 / hr depending on experience
This position is on site in Southampton, NY.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a Camp Leadership / Head Counselor Staff member to help oversee summer camp operations, support staff, and create a positive and engaging experience for campers. This role is ideal for someone who is great with kids, has an operations mindset, and values building a strong camp culture. Summer camp is a half-day camp.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and overseeing daily camp activities.
- Support and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for campers.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and leadership.
