Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. Duties
- Prepare and process journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support tax preparation by compiling necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze financial concepts and improve processes.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Experience
- Proven experience in an accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Familiarity with accounting software .
- Experience in managing accounts payable processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
