Southbridge Public Schools is seeking a detail-oriented individual to serve as the Meeting Minutes Recorder for the School Committee. This is a stipendiary position with a fixed annual payment of $5,000. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately record and prepare official meeting minutes for the School Committee.
Responsibilities:

Attend all scheduled School Committee meetings, including regular and special sessions.

Take clear, concise, and accurate notes of discussions, decisions, and actions taken.

Prepare and format official meeting minutes in a timely manner for review and approval.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local and state regulations regarding public meeting documentation.

Qualifications:
