Job Summary:
Patient Support Associate needed at Southcoast Behavioral Health to provide top-notch care services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a supportive environment.

- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a sense of urgency related to patient safety.
- Ensure the well-being of patients and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Document accurate and timely clinical information in patient records.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Interact with patients, observe behaviors, and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months or more experience working with similar populations preferred.
- CPR and de-escalation training certification required.
