Senior Financial Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Southcoast Behavioral Health, a leading provider of specialized behavioral health services.
As a Senior Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial management, accounting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with management and department heads to prepare the annual budget, reviewing prior financial results and identifying future needs and trends of the facility.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, financial packages, and reports/analysis to support business decision-making.
- Operations Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, implementing cost-saving initiatives and enhancing efficiency.
- Leadership Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare finance and accounting, including AP/AR, payroll, and general accounting.
