Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the community.
- Achieve leasing objectives and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Efficiently manage and maintain a waiting list of prospective tenants.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Regularly monitor and inspect property grounds and units to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure effective management and upkeep of the community.
- Handle financial responsibilities including rent collection and deposit preparation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
