Right now, we need people like you to support clients to achieve a great quality of life. You’ll be supporting a range of activities , indoors and out. With our thorough training , you’ll feel confident to support our clients with their mobility, health, personal care , behavioural and communication needs in our friendly service in Worthing. As well as providing high-quality tailored care and support, we’ll rely on you to encourage clients to be confident in their abilities, cope with daily tasks and lead more fulfilling lives. It’s not easy, but it’s really rewarding, and your support will really make a difference.
We very much welcome previous experience in roles such as Health Care Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Nurse, Social Care Worker, Senior Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Nursing Home Assistant, Personal Assistant or Residential Care Worker.
