Location: Middle and High School
Scheduled days/hours: Standard hours are 6.75 hours/day M-F with the opportunity to work part time or add additional hours.
Qualifications: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and Highly Qualified status. Highly Qualified status can be achieved by completing One of the following: (1) Two year Associate of Arts degree; OR (2) The equivalent of 60-semester credits OR (3) A passing score on the MN Para Pro Test (The district can provide supported resources for completing the assessment)
Pay Rate/Range: $18.66/hr. - $19.86/hr. Base pay plus a $2,500 stipend for PCA work. The stipend is prorated for less than 6 hours/day and is distributed evenly over the annual paychecks.
Compensation/Benefits/Perks: scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible to receive district insurance benefits.

Responsiblities: Will work under the direction of a licensed teacher to provide supervision of and support for students with special needs as indicated in Individual Education Plans. Services are provided both in general education and special education settings.
