The Austin Public School District is seeking to hire highly qualified teachers for the 2025 Summer School Program . To apply, please complete the online application, and list the dates you are available.
- Dates : Monday-Thursday June 9th-27th (no school on June 19th) and July 7th-24th
- Time : 8 : 30-1 pm
- Locations : Austin High School
The summer school program is designed to assist area students in grades 9-12 with credit recovery.
Working hours are Monday -Thursday from 8 : 30 AM - 1 : 00 PM on the days listed above.
Staff will work from an assigned classroom at the high school.
Staffing decisions are based on student enrollment and staff licensure area. The length of employment will depend on the number of students assigned to you. We will evaluate numbers at the end of each day. Teachers from inside and outside the district may apply. Staff will be notified if they are selected for a position by May 2025.
