What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Care Team Member - Central Support Ministry position at Southeast Christian Church?
To help make the campus an inviting, clean, well-organized facility where all can gather without distraction to fulfill the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church. Responsibilities include helping with daily furniture set-up, special event set-up, and cleaning in designated areas. Our mission is to remove obstacles so people can worship. Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Cleaning of designated areas of the campus including glass, surfaces, and floors, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and other janitorial duties.
- Setting up and tearing down rooms for groups and event that varying weekly.
- Confident to work independently or closely with the team.
- Assist other facility teams in a cross functional manner.
- Clean, sanitize and safely dispose of biological waste.

Our Requirements:
- High School degree (or equivalent).
- Basic computer skills.
- Residential or commercial janitorial experience a plus, but will train the right person
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Willing to be trained on large janitorial equipment
- PPE and Blood Born Pathogen training provided upon employment
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one
